PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent impact noise from being generated caused by hitting of a rear gate against a cargo bed, when the rear gate is closed after a cargo such as snow in snow removing loaded on a dump truck is discharged. SOLUTION: A shock absorber B is attached to a rear gate 16 in a cargo bed of a dump truck via a link mechanism A to prevent an impact noise generated at the time of closing the rear gate 16. The link mechanism A comprises an arm, a log and the like, one side connecting part of the lot is set freely turnably to the rear gate 16, the other side connecting part is connected to the arm, and the arm and the shock absorber B are stored inside a box serving as a rear gate support of the cargo bed of the dump truck. Therefore, durability is made excellent of course, an appearance gets also excellent, a trouble on an operation and disturbance against an external structure are not generated at all, and noise pollution is eliminated.
