PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make it possible to easily perform the pressing operation and the pressing disengaging operation to a binding leg. SOLUTION: This binding tool is equipped with a pressing fixture having a pair of inserting holes 35 and an engaging rod 4. The engaging rod 4 consists of a pair of center rods 41, which are connected together so as to allow to be bent projectingly upwards at the center of the engaging rod 4, and a pair of side part rods 42, each of which is connected to the end part of each center rod 41 so as to allow to be bent depressingly upwards. At the same time, the posture of the engaging rod 4 is so constituted as to be changed between a binding posture of binding legs projected through inserting holes 35 by pressingly pinching between the pressing fixture through the sliding of the respective side part rods 42 in the directions separating from each other and an disengaging posture, which disengages the above pressingly pinching under the state that the respective center rods 41 project upwards through the sliding of the respective side part rods 42 towards the directions of approaching each other. An operating piece 43 is mounted onto the top surface of either one of the center rods 41 so as to extend over the top surface of the other one of the center rods 41.
