PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily put a mark on a paper sheet by arranging a finger applying cover on a rotary plate for arranging projecting parts of a regular interval in an outer peripheral part on the tip of a handle of a grip lower part. SOLUTION: A rotary plate 3 used for a dimensional display (a dimension display part 5 and graduations 11) is selected, a finger is applied to a finger applying cover 4 by holding a grip 1, projecting parts 2 on the outer periphery of the rotary plate 3 are applied to a paper sheet, and are rotated in the using direction to put marks of a regular interval on the paper sheet. When replacing the rotary plate 3 of the other different dimension, the grip 1 and a handle 6 are held with both hands to be pulled out and removed. A screw type is removed while rotating it in the removing direction by holding the grip 1 and the handle 6 with both hands, and a rear end part 8 of the other handle 6 is inserted and installed in a shaft cylinder part 9 on the tip of the grip 1. The screw type is installed by rotating it in the installing direction. Thus, a dimension of a regular interval can be marked on the paper sheet only by rotating a dimensioning tool.
