PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a corrugated cardboard structural panel made of a resin small in dimensional change with the elapse of time, a production method thereof and a structure using corrugated cardboard structural panel. SOLUTION: A corrugated cardboard structural panel made of a resin is produced by extrusion molding and has a pair of liners 2, 2 arranged almost in parallel and the ribs 1 arranged between the liners 2, 2 along a predetermined direction and the shrinkage factor thereof at room temp. during a period from a point of time immediately after molding to a point of time when 300 days have elapsed after molding is 0.45% or less in the direction parallel to the ribs 1 and 0.45% or less in the direction vertical to the ribs 1. The corrugated cardboard structural panel made of a resin is obtained, for example, by extruding a plasticized resin through a die and taking over the extrudate by first and second taking-over roller pairs of which the peripheral speed ratio is 1/1.020-1/0.975 while annealing the same between the roller pairs. |
