PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To automate a shielding work and a register marking work by virtually allocating a position index at a site continued to upper and lower, right and left edges of a shielded plate, and forming to continue images of a plurality of plates by using the index. SOLUTION: When register marking, a working image size is changed from an original image through the step of shielding so far to become an image size after shielding. Here, coordinates of an upper left ((Z-1) position) is acquired from an editing box for register marking. Then, coordinates of three points (Z-2, 3, and 4) for adding a register T are calculated from profile description information and the image size according to coordinates of an upper left side. The position for adding the register is acquired from a display screen, and shapes of registers are acquired from the screen. The register is added by setting the acquired register position and register shape.
