PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a press driving device which can be activated with a simple structure and a large output or a high speed. SOLUTION: This press driving device 17 of a press machine for performing a press processing to a work by co-working of a punch and a die is equipped with, a ram 15 which freely moves forward/backward for driving the punch, a first link bar 59 whose one end is rotatably connected with the ram 15, a crank block 51, whose base end is rotatably supported and to which the other end of the first link bar 59 is rotatably connected, a second link bar 47 which is rotatably connected with the end part of the crank block 51, and a forward/ backward driving device 35 for moving the other end of the second link bar 47 rotatably.
