PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To install a shower head hanger adjustable in height without damaging a building by arranging packings freely movable on a hollow shaft at the upper and lower sections, fixing the hollow shaft and packings to existing shower head hangers with fixing tools, installing a shower head hanger freely movable on the hollow shaft, and fixing it with a fastening tool. SOLUTION: A packing 2, a shower head hanger 4, and a packing 2 are installed in sequence on a hollow shaft 1, the packings 2 are moved on the hollow shaft 1, and the packings 2 are inserted into the existing shower head hangers. The packings 2 are fixed across the existing shower head hangers by fixing tools 3, and the hollow shaft 1 is concurrently fixed. The shower head hanger 4 is installed at an optional height position and is fixed with a fastening tool 5. The shower head hanger 4 adjustable in height can be installed without damaging a building.
