PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pressure-sensitive adhesive sheet which is a laminate containing a coating film layer with a good weatherability. SOLUTION: A pressure-sensitive adhesive sheet is formed by laminating a coating film layer, a substrate layer and a pressure-sensitive adhesive layer in this order, with the substrate layer containing a stabilizer of 0.3-3.3 pts.wt. of relative to 100 pts.wt. of a resin component of the layer and with the coating film layer containing a stabilizer with a concentration of twice or more compared with that of the stabilizer in the substrate layer. The substrate layer has desirably stabilizer contents of a photostabilizer of 0.3-3 pts.wt. and of an ultraviolet absorber of 0-3 pts.wt. each relative to 100 pts.wt. of the resin component.
