PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide exhaust pipe laying structure capable of preventing overheat of a front step, and capable of arranging a muffler under the front step as a sufficient belt winding diameter. SOLUTION: A lateral-directional output shaft 3a of an engine mounted on a body front part is interlockely connected to a lateral-directional HST input shaft 10a of a mission 4 arranged in a rear side thereof via a belt interlocking mechanism 14, and an exhaust pipe 19 extended from the engine is led out to a left side through a space between an upper side belt portion and a lower side belt portion of a transmission belt 13 in the belt interlocking mechanism 14.
