PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a control device for a game machine, capable of expressing the variable display of a virtual pattern reel as if an actual pattern reel would be rotated. SOLUTION: At the finishing timing of variable display, a pattern stop command 33 is first transmitted from a main control board to a display control board for a pattern to be stopped and displayed an upper display region. When the pattern stop command 33 is received by the display control board, three upper patterns are determined. Secondly, the pattern stop command 33 is transmitted for a pattern to be stopped and displayed in a lower display region and three middle patterns are determined. The patterns are thus stopped and displayed at a time in stepwise sequence of upper, lower and middle steps corresponding to the scroll of the patterns, whereby the variable display of a controlled virtual pattern reel die can be expressed as if an actual pattern reel would be rotated. |
