PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a stretchable nonwoven fabric in which rubber-like touch feeling and flat feeling are solved by carrying filament obtained by melt- extruding a thermoplastic elastomer by hot air, unevenly cooling the filament and piling up the filament onto carrying means. SOLUTION: Hot air at 0.5-2.5 Nm2/min per m of blowing width heated to melting temperature or above of filament is blown in one direction to filament composed of a thermoplastic elastomer such as styrene-based, polyolefin- based or polyester-based elastomer extruded from many nozzles in a row by using melt blowing apparatus to move filament in half-melted state to one direction and warm wind lower by at least 20 deg.C than melting point of the filament, e.g. 90-100 deg.C or cold wind is blown to the filament to unevenly cool the filament and produce a partially fine crimp of >=50/cm and the filament is piled up onto a carrying means traveling in crossing with the above one direction and the filament is mutually melted or mechanically interlaced to provide the objective stretchable nonwoven fabric. |
