PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To wrap a conical rice ball without spoiling the shape of a wrapping sheet made up by interposing a sheet-like dried laver between an outer film and an inner film. SOLUTION: A sheet-like dried laver 3 is interposed between an outer film 1 and an inner film 2 and forming is made with outer edges of the outer film 1 and the inner film 2 heat-welded. The inner film 2 is formed in a rectangular shape with inner edges of two pieces of film sheet 21 and 22 approximately in the same size overlapped each other at their inner edges and a separable part 4 is formed, corresponding to the belt-like overlapped part 20 and extending entirely over a short side of the outer film. A rice ball rounded approximately in a conical shape is placed on a wrapping sheet made up in a way as mentioned above so that a tapered front end thereof can be positioned approximately at the center of one side in the longitudinal direction of the wrapping sheet, and the wrapping sheet is wrapped round along the surface of the conically shaped rice ball so that one end of the side edge thereof is hidden to the inside while the other end being exposed, and an end part of the wrapping is fixed with a label or by heat welding. |
