PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To realize a filter mounting structure good in exchange workability. SOLUTION: In the case when a filter is mounted, at first, a filter member 9 is inserted into a case 2 in diagonally left upward direction of its paper surface from an open part 11 and the left under side of the paper surface of the filter member 9 is hooked to a locking part 13 and the filter member 9 is left standing in an inclined state. Then the filter member 9 is mounted to a housing part 16 by closing the open part 11 while lifting the filter member 9 in the arrow A direction by a projecting part 14 of a filter cover 12. In the case when the filter is dismantled, the filter member 9 is left standing in the inclined state since the supporting of the open part 11 side of the filter member 9 is eliminated by opening the filter cover 12 in the arrow B direction. Then the filter member 9 is dismantled from the case 2 by drawing a handle 9a from this state.
