PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve its calmness and damping ability while a curvilinear locus of a moving treatment unit is retained. SOLUTION: A chair-shaped massaging machine includes a massaging treatment unit 10 arranged in the reclining sheet and a driving part that moves the treatment unit 10 curvilinearly along the reclining sheet. It consists of a treatment drive block 11 to move the treatment unit as it moves for treatment and a running drive block 12 that has the treatment drive block 11 run in the curvilinear locus along the reclining sheet. The above-stated running drive block 12 covered by a soundproofing material 3 moves along a straight locus.
