PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a bathtub water purifying device capable of efficiently heat-sterilizing the stains near the draft line and a pre-filter fitted to an intake port. SOLUTION: The water in a bathtub 200 is heated or hot water is filled in the bathtub 200 so that a draft surface heat sterilization section 252 gradually discharges hot water from an intake port 201 disposed on the bathtub 200 with the stirring in the bathtub 200 kept small. When the hot water is gradually discharged, a high-temperature layer is formed near the water surface in the bathtub 200, and the vicinity of the draft surface can be heat-sterilized. When the hot water is discharged from the intake port 201, a pre-filter normally existing on the intake port 201 side can be heat-sterilized.
