PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To utilize a desk as an OA desk by means of placing an electric unit on a top plate or commonly using it with another desk by providing storing parts in a main body part, the top plate with a height in a degree being the same as that of the desk top plate in the upper part of the main body part and wiring ducts in at least one of the front and rear edge parts of the top plate. SOLUTION: The main body part 1 is provided with both side boards 7, an upper surface board 8 on them and a plurality of storing parts 2 by properly dividing an inner side or the parts 2 being different in usage purpose. The top plate 3 is fixed onto the upper part of the height keeping boards 9 which are erected at front and rear center parts at the both sides of the main body part 1 and a wiring space 10 is formed between the upper surface 8 of the main body part 1 and the top plate 3. Besides, the front and rear edges of the top plate 3 are set to be closer to the center than to the front and rear edges of the upper surface board 8 and the wiring ducts 4 with a diagonally open top are respectively formed in the front and rear parts of the main body part 1. A duct cover 5 is arranged along each wiring duct 4 so as to be vertically rotatable and also each soft material 11 is disposed, which is held with a duct opening edge along the free end of the duct cover in a state where the duct cover 5 is closed.
