PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a rotary working machine supported by a machine body from being carelessly lifted at the time of the restarting after stopping an engine. SOLUTION: When an engine 18 is restarted after stopping the engine in the state in which the turned angle of a steering of front wheels is a prescribed value or more, and a QT switch 42 and a QT plus switch 43 are on-state, the output of a changing signal to a flow divider valve for changing the numbers of revolution of the front wheels is stopped to prohibit front wheel-accelerating control and automatically lifting control. On the other hand, when once the turned angle of the steering is returned to the prescribed value or less and the turning angle of the steering is operated to the prescribed value or more again, at the time of the restart of the engine after the stop of the engine, the changing signal is outputted to the flow divider valve, and the front wheel- accelerating control and the automatically lifting control becomes possible.
