<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To stably classify a powder raw material for a long period of time by reducing the replacing frequency of a raw material supply pipe, a classifying edge or an air inflow edge. SOLUTION: A hard powder of a chromium carbide alloy or tungsten carbide alloy is applied to the surfaces of a raw material supply pipe 1 through which a powder raw material flows, classifying edges 4, 5 and an air inflow edge 11 by plasma spraying to enhance the abrasion resistance of the surfaces of them to prevent the deterioration of classifying accuracy.</p> |
