THERMOSETTING RESIN COMPOSITION FOR PRESTRESSED CONCRETE TENDON

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a thermosetting resin plastic material that is not cured until tensioning of the tendon is finished even if a thermal storage temperature in a concrete structure is raised and but cured during a natural cooling period thereafter and capable of giving rustproofness and corrosionproofness to a tendon and achieving adherence and integration of the tendon to and with a concrete, a method for using the composition, and a prestressed concrete tendon. SOLUTION: The thermosetting resin composition for a prestressed concrete tendon comprises an epoxy resin, a latent curing agent and a curing accelerating diluent and is previously heat treated at 40 to 140 deg.C. The method for using the composition is provided. The prestressed concrete tendon using the composition is disclosed.
