PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the damage of a tooth top from occurring by engaging one gear with the other rotating gear in the case where one of gear approaches the other one. SOLUTION: When a driving motor is rotated for a prescribed hours, a behavior moved to a transfer driving gear 16A side is generated by a transfer driven gear 19A1 by a behavior for holding a closing condition of a manual paper feed tray as a behavior applied to a paper feed tray 15A. The paper feed tray 15A is closed while a tooth top of the transfer driving gear 16A and a tooth top of the transfer driven gear 19A1 are opposed to each other. When the transfer driving gear 16A is rotated after the paper feed tray 15A is closed, in the case where the tooth top of the transfer driving gear 16A and the tooth top of the transfer driven gear 19A1 are opposed to each other, the transfer driven gear 19A1 is engaged with the transfer driving gear 16A by the behavior. The same phenomenon is generated between the resist gear 21B and a resist driven gear 21A1, and both gear 21B and 21A1 are engaged with each other. |
