PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a discharge fault, unevenness of an ink discharging speed, a discharging flow rate or the like by providing a wide portion and a narrow portion in a vibrating film in which a piezoelement for generating a pressure change in an ink chamber is mounted, and adhering the element to the wide portion of the film having a plurality of dimples. SOLUTION: In the ink jet head, a piezoelement 4 for generating a pressure change in an ink chamber by supplying a current is mounted on a vibrating film 20 for forming a part of a wall surface of the ink chamber, and an ink is supplied to the chamber through a common ink supply passage or the like. Here, the film 20 is formed with a housing, a base plate, a wide portion of a contact surface with the piezoelement 4, and a narrow portion provided at a part of the wide portion. A plurality of dimples 16 (16a to 16c) are provided on an adhering surface with the piezoelement 4 on the wide portion. Thus, a fillet adhered in a hyperbolic state with an adhesive is formed under the air to be introduced into the dimple 16, an internal stress of an adhesive layer is reduced, thereby improving an adhesive strength.
