PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To facilitate an adjusting operation by moving a punch holder with an adjusting bolt, wherein an adjusting plate is installed between a punch holder and a punch block, a fixed guide and a movable guide, whose axial lines are perpendicular to each other on a face perpendicular to a ram moving direction, are installed between the punch holder and the punch block in a way that an axial line of the adjusting bolt is parallel to a sliding direction of the guide. SOLUTION: When a position of a punch holder 3 is adjusted in upward/downward directions, a fixed bolt 17 for an upward/downward movement and a dual-acting fixed nut 18 for upward/downward and right/left movements are loosened so as to rotate an upward/downward position adjusting bolt 7. Fixed guide keys 16a, 16b for upward/downward adjustment are guided in a movable guide groove 13 for upward/ downward adjustment, and are moved upward/downward, so that an adjusting plate 2 is accurately adjusted. When the position is adjusted in a right/left direction, a fixed nut 19 for right/left movement and the fixed nut 18 are loosened, so as to rotate a right/left position adjust bolt 8 for doing adjustment. Fixed guide keys 15a, 15b for right/left adjustment are guided in a fixed guide groove 14 for right/left adjustment and accurately adjusted.
