PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve work accuracy of a paper applying surface by forming plural sets of installing holes in pairs, and to easily cut a paper material in the fixed form size by fixing a base being a common part of a cutting positioning auxiliary tool to a paper placing table of a paper cutter so as to become parallel from a cutting position. SOLUTION: Installing holes 6a, 6b and 7a, 7b are formed in a pair in positions separate by a prescribed distance, for example, 235 mm and 170 mm from a cutting position 2 for fixing a base 11 for arranging two fixing legs 12a, 12b on a bottom surface to a paper placing table 1 provided with an upper surface vertical guide 3, a lower surface vertical guide 4 and a paper applying ruler 5 of a paper cutter. The installing holes 6a, 6b and 7a, 7b are arranged so as to set a cutting width 210 mm being a work reference plane of printed matters of odd number rows in a standard paper lateral directional half cut or the A4 size longitudinal direction and a cutting width 105 mm being a work reference surface of printed matters of plural rows in the A4 size longitudinal direction by the installing direction of the base 11. Thus, a paper material can be easily cut in the fixed form size.
