PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a radio diagnostic instrument equipped with an emergency stop switch that is not pressed by mistake and enables a small space. SOLUTION: An emergency stop switch 30 is locked by being pressed and is unlocked by being turned around in the directions of arrows. Thus, a pressing part 30a is capable to shut down and to reopen power supply to the entire devise. This device consists of the pressing part 30a, jutting parts 30b, that faces each other and are formed adjacent to the circumference of the pressing part 30a, and opening parts 30c that form areas other than this jutting parts 30b. After pressing the pressing part 30a in emergency, an operator puts fingers in the opening parts 30c, which faces each other, grips the pressing part 30a and turns it around. By so doing, closed power supply is easily reopened. Because the jutting parts 30b are formed adjacent to the circumference of the pressing part 30a, the size of the emergency stop switch is miniaturized. In addition, because the jutting parts 30b are placed adjacent to the both sides of the pressing part 30a, if effectively prevents the pressing part 30a from being pressed, even if the operator places his/her hand or the like on the emergency stop switch 30 by mistake.
