PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To freely change an arranging height of a toilet rack according to a posture of a user by arranging an installing means settable to a fixing state to a bar-shaped member arranged in the vertical direction on an installing surface and a slidable state. SOLUTION: A toilet rack body 1 of a toilet rack A is slidably fixed to a bar-shaped member 3 such as a handrail by an installing means 2. At using time, when changing the installing height since an arranging position of the toilet rack body 1 does not coincide with a posture of a user, a handle 8 of the installing means 2 is operated, a fixing state of a slide ring to the bar- shaped member 3 is released, the toilet rack body 1 is slid in the vertical direction, the handle 8 of the installing means 2 is operated in a state of becoming a proper height position, and the slide ring is fixed to the bar-shaped member 3. Thus, an operation range for taking soap and a shampoo placed on the toilet rack body 1 is reduced by changing an installing height according to a standing posture and a sitting posture to improve convenience in use.
