PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain pajamas capable of preventing the release of attachment of a part attached by a simple latching tool and keeping themselves from opening in moving a nursed sick person or wounded person. SOLUTION: The pajamas for nursing have a right and a left front bodies 4 and 6 whose front parts of each lower part are inclined from the front center of an upper part outward and which are provided with a rear part of pants part and a rear body which is provided with a part from the crotch to the cuff at the rear central part and with a rear part of forked pants part at the lower part of the part from the crotch to the cuff. The side edge parts of the rear body are detachably fixed to the corresponding side edge parts of each front body through a latching member. Each edge parts of the front part of the pants part of the right and left front bodies 4 and 6 is detachably fixed to an edge part corresponding to the rear part of the pants part of the rear body part through a latching member. The pajamas for nursing are provided with an upper belt 11 fitted to the rear top of the rear body part and a lower belt 13 fitted to the rear bottom of the rear body part.
