<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To effect space saving by enabling a single valve to carry out both modulation function and relief valve function. SOLUTION: In a valve device, a pilot flow rate for a pilot flow rate amplifying type flow amplifier poppet valve 42 is controlled by a common pilot stem 111. The common pilot stem 111 is urged by a return spring 123 in a closing direction, the opening degree thereof is controlled by a push-pull actuator 131, overcoming the return spring 123. A load pressure produced upstream of the flow amplifier poppet valve 42 is led to a pressure receiving piston 145 which therefore presses the common pilot stem 111 in the direction in the opening direction. The push-pull actuator 131 is of a two-way action type, and the opening degree of the common pilot stem 111 is controlled through an action in one direction, and the pressing force of a relief setting pressure adjusting spring 155 is adjusted through an action in the other direction.</p> |
