<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce a load on an operator in drawing up an optimal plan by deciding manufacturing order while referring to the manufacturing order of a past improper example in deciding the manufacturing order after storing the manufacturing order of an object excluded since a criterion for evaluation as a plan result is not satisfied as an improper example. SOLUTION: In making a production plan with a manufacturing lot of a small lot as a material source, manufacturing order is decided by searching a manufacturing lot for satisfying a restrictive condition related to the preset manufacturing order from the material source. Next, whether or not the manufacturing order coincides with the manufacturing order of a manufacturing schedule prestored as an improper example is judged, and in coincidence, the manufacturing order is redecided from the beginning. While, in noncoincidence, processing for deciding the manufacturing order is continued, and when the processing finishes, time information on a manufacturing process of the manufacturing lot for deciding the manufacturing order is decided on the basis of a restrictive condition releated to preset time to make a manufacturing schedule to be stored as a candidate for the production plan.</p> |
