PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a side skirt having flexibility to trucks having various kinds of wheelbases or axle arrangements by extensively and contractively forming a skirt body in a truck side skirt having the skirt body to be arranged under the load-carrying platform of a truck. SOLUTION: A skirt body 25 is formed by horizontally connecting a number of vertically long rectangular shutter members 27. The shutter member 27 is formed of resin or iron plate, and connected to the adjacent shutter member 27 in such a manner that the angle is changeable. A winding member 31 is suspended down from a load-carrying platform floor 29. The winding member 31 is cylindrically formed so that the skirt body 25 can be wound. A pair of guide members 33 for guiding the upper and lower parts of the skirt body 25 is horizontally arranged with a vertical space under a load-carrying platform 15. Recessed parts 33a are formed on the mutually opposed surfaces of the guide members 33, and the upper and lower ends of the shutter member 271 are slidably supported in the recessed parts 33a.
