PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To apply a design by utilizing dirt on a surface of a concrete wall conversely by aiming at the dirt and make flow mark dirt of rainwater indistinct by breaking (cutting) the flow mark dirt of rainwater appearing by extending in a striped state in a vertical direction on the wall. SOLUTION: A dirt suppressing surface 2 for suppressing a dirt on a concrete skin and a skin surface 3 remained as the concrete skin are formed on the concrete wall surface 1. In this case, the dirt suppressing surface is provided by extending in a band-like state in a lateral direction of the concrete wall surface. Thus, since a blackened skin surface is formed due to the dirt, a difference in lightness exists between the suppressing surface and the skin surface, and a design utilizing contrasts due to the lightness difference can be expressed.
