PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sound insulation wall for roads having simple structure and construction work and capable of favorably keeping a landscape while displaying a transparent property. SOLUTION: This sound insulation wall is installed along the side part of a road and transparent sound insulation panels are vertically connected to constitute the sound insulation wall. The upper end of a lower stage transparent panel 2 and the lower end of an upper stage transparent panel 3 have bends 20, 30 extending to the counter side of the road respectively. A frame member 4 having a grooved section is externally fitted to the bend 20, 30. The frame member 4 and the bend 20, 30 are connected together in the thickness direction by a fastening hardware.
