PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enhance accuracy and facility of screw fastening work using an angle fastening method by arranging a sensor capable of detecting an angle, angular velocity or angular acceleration at angle screw fastening work time on and after a preset torque value, and offering twisting angular velocity value information obtained from the sensor to an operator. SOLUTION: An angle sensor or an angular velocity sensor 5 is installed on a head 3 of a manual screw fastener 1. A display circuit 6 incorporated into a display case 13 is provided with a buffer circuit or a converting circuit 14 and a converting circuit 15, and is provided with a display driving circuit 8 for displaying an angle value on a display 7A by receiving a signal from the circuit 14 and a display driving circuit 9 for displaying an angular velocity value on a display 7B by receiving a signal from the converting circuit 15. An angular velocity setting unit 11 for setting twisting angular velocity on and after screw fastening torque reaches snag torque and an alarm unit 12 for issuing an alarm when the twisting angular velocity reaches a preset value are connected to a judging circuit 10 connected to the input side of the driving circuit 9.
