PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To shorten the total length of a tube functioning as a passage of a coating liquid and enhance response of liquid ejection by integrating a liquid ejection means comprising a coating liquid container, a pushing pressure roller, a guide and a tube into a single unit and disposing the unit in a vicinity of a coating object matter. SOLUTION: When a coating object matter is positioned automatically, a robot controller 30 transmits a normal rotation drive signal for a rotation unit 5 in an ejection unit 10 to a tubing dispense controller 20 and moves the entire ejection unit 10 to a brow 41 front end of an air blow unit 40 at the time when a specified time has elapsed, and then transmits a blow command signal to the dispense controller 20. The ejection amount of a coating liquid in a coating liquid container 1 is adjusted according to the rotational speed and rotation time of a pushing pressure roller 4 of the rotation unit 5. In this case, because the ejection unit 10 is separated from the dispense controller 20, the total length of a tube 2 functioning a passage of the coating liquid can be shortened.
