PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a construction of a reinforced concrete beam having X- shaped bar arrangement with which occurrence of cracking can be restrained and lowering of effective durability of concrete compressed bundle can be reduced, thereby the deformation performance can be increased. SOLUTION: Main reinforcements 15 of a beam is arranged in an X-shape within the beam span, one main bar 15a at the top end of the beam end portion and another main bar 15b at the bottom end of the other end beam are arranged in X-shape, in which the sticking of the main reinforcements 15 of the beam to the concrete 12 of the beam 11 is prevented by a sticking prevention means 16 provided along the whole length of span of the beam 11.
