PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To effectively utilize the thermal energy of vapor for the food stored in a processing room to be processed. SOLUTION: Heat insulating layers 12 are formed on both side faces, back face, and top plate of a repository 11, heat retaining spaces 13 are provided on the inside of the heat insulating layers 12, vapor circulating spaces 14 are provided on the inside of the heat retaining spaces 13, and a food processing space 15 is provided on the inside of the vapor circulating spaces 14. A vapor feed section 16 connected to the vapor circulating spaces 14 is provided at the apex of the repository 11 to feed vapor to the food processing space 15. The food processing space 15 communicates with the heat retaining spaces 13 by a plurality of vapor vent pipes arranged on the upper side of the food processing space 15, partition frames are formed in zigzags in the heat retaining spaces 13 so that the discharge vapor discharged via the vapor vent pipes wholly passes through the heat retaining spaces 13, and the discharge vapor is finally discharged to the outside through a discharge port of the heat retaining spaces 13 on the ceiling side of the repository 11.
