PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To freely use large pressure in small force by simple operation by forming a pressing part on the rotary plate end by rotatably arranging rotary plates on the side of an autoclave, and freely bringing the pressing part into pressure contact with an upper part of a pressure contact part by forming the pressure contact part on a cover body. SOLUTION: Preparations are put in an autoclave 1, and after closing a cover body 2, rotary plates 7, 7 are rotated by a power cylinder 9. In such a case, rotary wheels 8, 8 come into contact with plate bodies 3, 3 by rotation of the rotary plates 7, 7 to press these plate bodies. The rotary wheels 8, 8 strongly come into contact with the plate bodies 3, 3 when coming to the central highest position of the plate bodies 3, 3 to pressurize these plate bodies. Thus, the cover body 2 is strongly pressed via the plate bodies 3, 3 to be brought into close contact with the autoclave 1. Then, the autoclave 1 is heated by heating power of a heat source. Cooking such as boiling/cooking is performed in an extremely short time by heating of pressurization. During this time, steam is exhausted while pushing up a cover from a steam port.
