PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To surely and accurately display a water level by fitting/installing a window part to/in a vertically long hole part arranged in a position opposed to a water supply pipe by an upper part and a lower part. SOLUTION: A window part 49 is a similar shape to a step part 45, and is an almost rigid body formed of a transparent acrylic resin fitted to the step part 45. The window part 49 is optically a convex lens shape, and the inside can be seen in a magnified shape when looking at the body inside via the window part 49 from the outside. A lower projecting part 50 fitted to a lower fitting hole 47 is extended in a lower part of the window part 49, and an upper engaging claw 51 locked on an upper engaging part 46 is extended in an upper part of the window part 49. Thus, a water existent state can be easily seen by a convex lens effect of the window part 49 due to being magnified. In the window part 49, the lower projecting part 50 is fitted in the first place to the lower fitting hole 47 of a lower part in the lengthwise direction in the contour 42, the upper engaging claw 51 is fitted/installed in the second place in the upper engaging part 46 of an upper part to surely fit/install the window part 49 and the contour 42, and the positional relationship between a water supply pipe 34 and the window part 49 is accurately fixed to uniformly maintain the size visible in a magnified shape by a lens effect.
