PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide the subject device designed to open/close a plastic sheet and thermal insulation sheet in a short time with slight labor, in view of the fact that, an operator opens/closes a plastic sheet and thermal insulation sheet while walking in a posture of half bending at the waist over a long period of time through a long tunnel house, therefore resulting in the temperature difference between the first and the final crops, and such an operation involves heavy labor as well. SOLUTION: This device is so designed as to ensure a single tunnel house to be opened/closed with one-site operation irrespective of its length so as to enable a plastic sheet and a thermal insulation sheet to be opened/closed with slight labor in a short time.
