PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a resin composition which can give a film improved in whitening resistance without detriment to antistatic properties and seal strength by mixing a high-pressure radical polymerization process ethylene (co)polymer with a higher fatty acid ester antistatic agent, and a higher fatty acid amide. SOLUTION: This composition comprises 100 pts.wt. (A) ethylene (co)polymer having a density of 0.90-0.94 g/cm3 and a melt flow rate of 0.1-15 g/10 min and produced by a high-pressure radical polymerization process, 0.05-0.3 pt.wt. (B) antistatic agent mixture comprising a higher fatty acid ester antistatic agent and an amine/amide antistatic agent, and 0.02-0.15 pt.wt. (C) higher fatty acid amide. There is satisfied a relationship such that the amount of component C added is equal to or larger than that of higher fatty acid ester antistatic agent of component B×0.7. The composition is effective when it is molded into a film having a thickness of 30-250μm.
