PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enhance heating effect of poor quality fuel in a diesel engine. SOLUTION: A heat exchanger 6 comprising a fuel pipe 4 for passing fuel and a heat pipe 5 which is arranged around the periphery of the fuel pipe 4 and heats fuel in the inside of the fuel pipe 4 while passing lubricating oil or cooling water for an engine 2 is arranged in a fuel supply circuit part leading from a fuel tank 1 to the fuel injection pump 3 of the engine 2.
