PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To lock an empty can insertion port at a closing position when the empty cans can not be inserted by displacing a lock member, to which a force for displacing it to a lock position is always applied with an elastic member, to a lock releasing position against the force of the elastic member when an electromagnetic is energized. SOLUTION: While the current is being applied to an electromagnet 106, a second lock member 104 is at a lock releasing position and an insertion port opening/closing member 5 is under the condition that empty cans can be inserted. When the current to the electromagnet 106 is cut off, the second lock member 104 is rotated in an clockwise direction around an axis 112 by a tension coil spring (second elastic member) 105, and a fitting end 104a is moved to a lock position. When the insertion port opening/closing member 5 is started to rotate, a cam 101 is integrally rotated so as to push down a fitting protrusion 102b of the first lock member 102. However, the fitting protrusion 102b is collided with the fitting end 104a, and the rotation of the first lock member 102 is prevented, so as to lock the insertion port opening/closing member 5 at the insertion port closing position.
