ALUMINUM LAMINATE FOR ELECTROLYTIC CAPACITOR ARMOR DISPENSER AND MANUFACTURING METHOD THEREOF

PURPOSE: An aluminum laminate for an electrolytic capacitor armor dispenser and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to have good workability, insulating feature, and heat resistance. CONSTITUTION: A degassed aluminum plate is heated at 100°C-280°C. An adhesive layer is laminated on a polyester resin film. A polyester resin film includes a printing layer formed between an adhesive layer and a resin film. A polyester resin is laminated on an aluminum plate and is secondly heated at 150°C-300°C. An adhesive is at least one group selected from a copolymer which has a polyester resin of 10-90 weight % and an epoxy resin of 10-90 weight %, a resin which has an epoxy resin of 70-99 weight % and an acid anhydride system hardening agent of 10-90 weight %, or a resin which has a polyester system resin of 70-90 weight % and an amino resin of 10-30 weight %.
