PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve seat performance at the time of vehicle traveling, in a seat for a vehicle height-adjustable for a seating part. SOLUTION: A seat 10 for a vehicle is provided with a seating part carrying body 14 for carrying a seating part 12. The carrying body 14 is supported onto a body side attaching member 28 via a front side supporting device 24 connected oscillatably to a front part of the body 14 and a rear part supporting device 26 connected oscillatably to a rear part of the body 14. A height or an inclination of the carrying body 14 is adjustable in at least the supporting device 26 out of the supporting devices 24, 26, and the body 14 is supported elastically to body side attaching member 28 in a connecting portion thereof via the adjustable supporting device 26. A connecting part 23 of the supporting device 26 is attached to the seating part carrying body 14 in a condition guided to be only vertical-directionally moved, and is supported onto the body 14 via at least one elastic member 48.
