JOINING STRUCTURE OF THIN PLATE AND FRAME STRUCTURE OF SHEET

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a frame structure and a more general joining structure of thin plate capable of joining an upper rail of a sheet rail and a lower arm of adjuster with a high strength and rigidity while a light weight of the sheet rail is realized. SOLUTION: A cylindrical flange 8 is continuously provided on a joining hole 7 of an upper rail 3 and is projectedly provided on a periphery thereof at a joining part of the upper rail 3 of a sheet rail 1 and a lower arm of an adjuster. A joining pin 12 is penetrated through the joining hole 11 of the lower arm 10 through the cylindrical flange 8 of the upper rail 3 and the joining hole 7. A bag-like head portion 13 engaged with an outer periphery of the cylindrical flange 8 is provided on the joining pin 12.
