PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To secure strength, to make a rear seat install on a floor in a slideless condition by applying a component of a slide adjuster, to reduce cost, and to simplify rear seat installing work. SOLUTION: This bracket includes an anchor rail 11 used for an ordinary seat track, a front leg 12 wherein a seat flange 19 is provided in its upper end, wherein a mounting flange 20 is provided in its lower end, wherein the mounting flange 20 is laid on left and right top flanges 14, 14 of the anchor rail 11 faced each other to limit a slide rail guiding groove 16, and which is fixedly coupled to the anchor rail 11 by the mounting flange 20 to be raised on the anchor rail 11, and a rear leg 13 wherein a seat flange 23 in its upper end and a mounting flange 24 in its lower end are provided respectively, wherein the mounting flange 24 is laid on the left and right top flanges 14, 14, and which is fixedly coupled to the anchor rail 11 by the mounting flange 24 to be raised on the anchor rail 11.
