摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress a load or, heating of a driving circuit by restricting an inclination of a peak current when a minute capacitance present in a circuit and an element separately from the load is charged/discharged, an inclination of an induced voltage generated to a counterpart output, or the like, and generation of malfunctions and noises. SOLUTION: In the apparatus for driving a capacitive element, potentials of both electrodes of an electrostatic capacitive element of a transducer for forming a capacitive load of a piezoelectric member 21 or the like are changed by output circuits 22 and 23, thereby controlling to drive the electrostatic capacitive element. While electrode potentials 211 and 212 change in the same direction when the potentials start changing by the action of an equal direction detection circuit 24, a potential to be impressed to each electrode is controlled with a high impedance higher than an impedance of the electrostatic capacitive element of the transducer. While the electrodes of the electrostatic capacitive element of the transducer are charged or discharged therebetween, the potential to be impressed to each electrode is controlled with a low impedance lower than the high impedance.
