PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To eliminate dispersion of strength of fixing force of a knife holder fitting against a guide rail and to simultaneously fix a plural number of the knife holder fittings at a specified position of the guide rail by one operation. SOLUTION: This device installs an elastic body lug 17 along a longitudinal direction of a guide rail 12 on the side of the guide rail 12 positioned on the inside of a knife holder fitting 13, and an air tube 18 is provided on the back surface side of the elastic body lug 17. Additionally, high pressure air is supplied to the air tube 18 from an air passage 20 provided on the side of the guide rail 12, and a plural number of the knife holder fittings 13 are simultaneously fixed on the guide rail 12 by pressurizing force of the elastic body lug 17 involved in an expansion of the air tube 18.
