OZONE STERILIZATION METHOD AND OZONE STERILIZATION DEVICE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an ozone sterilization method and ozone sterilization device capable of rapidly making sterilization. SOLUTION: This device is constituted to stir the gaseous ozone in a chamber 1 by putting the gaseous ozone into and out between the chamber 1 for storing the ozone and a storage tank 2 by means of a pump 3. The gaseous ozone stored in the storage tank 2 at the time of sterilization is introduced into the chamber 1, by which the sterilization may be rapidly executed. The recycling of the gaseous ozone is possible after the gaseous ozone in the chamber 1 is returned to the storage tank 2 at the time of end of the sterilization and, therefore, the object to be sterilized may be rapidly taken to and moreover, the efficient utilization of the gaseous ozone is possible.
