PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a drill screw with a reamer and a manufacturing method thereof and a manufacturing device in which a reamer portion is hardly remained on a shaft portion. SOLUTION: This drill screw with reamer has a thin portion 22 between a reamer portion 20 and a shaft portion 12. When the drill screw is manufactured, a slit S which extends to a direction approximately perpendicular to an axis and of which one end is contacted with the shaft portion 12 and the other end is released is formed at an opposite side to a drill portion 18 of a portion which should be the reamer portion 20. An upper excessive portion 74a is removed from a border of the slit S. A press metal mold of a device for manufacturing this drill screw has a projection for simultaneously forming the slit S and the thin portion 22. A rolling die has a projection 72 for forming a male screw portion 16 and simultaneously removing the upper excessive portion 74a.
