PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To discharge a stored water to the outside easily, even staying in a deep recessed part. SOLUTION: This discharge device is constituted so as to include a seal main body 18 provided with a rubber expansion pipe 16 for sealing up the recessed place by the expansion of a radius direction, an air introduction hole 52 for communicating the inside with the outside of the seal main body 18 at one end side of the axial direction of the seal main body 18 and the opening side of the recessed place, a delivery hole 54 for delivering the air in the seal up space of the recessed place and a drain live 72 for discharging the stored water in the recessed place to the outside after penetrating the seal main body 18 in an axial direction and pouring from the flow in port to the inside by a pressurized force of the air.
